Minimum requirements to qualify:
- Proficient in English
- Must be 18 years or older
- Active Medicaid members of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, New Mexico, and Texas
- Your Medicaid ID Card must list one of these plans:
- Illinois: Blue Cross Community Health PlansSM
- New Mexico: Turquoise Care
- Texas: Texas STAR

What are the minimum requirements?
If you’re an active Medicaid member with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, New Mexico, or Texas, over 18 years old, proficient in English, and your Medicaid ID Card shows one of the qualifying plans, you’re eligible!
Is there a guaranteed employment offer after completing the course?
No. We do not guarantee employment. Through our Tuition Protection Program, students who meet all eligibility and program requirements may qualify for tuition relief or a refund if qualifying employment is not secured within the defined timeframe.
What types of courses are covered by the sponsorship?
The sponsorship covers Coding Temple’s 4- to 6-month, part-time online technical training programs, which include career services to assist with job placement within 12 months of graduation.
What is the purpose of this sponsorship?
The sponsorship aims to provide support to Coding Temple to offer technical training programs and career services to help individuals achieve career growth and financial empowerment, particularly focusing on addressing corporate employment inequities for Medicaid members and communities.
