Financial or Physical Hardship Policy
- Eligibility for Hardship Withdrawal:
- Students facing significant hardships such as:
- Serious injury or illness
- Chronic illness
- Medical issues requiring the student to become a caretaker
- Mental health conditions
- Sudden or consistent transportation issues
- Significant increases in living costs
- Students facing significant hardships such as:
- Application Process:
- Students must submit a hardship withdrawal request form to info@codingtemple.com
- Required documentation may include medical certificates, letters from healthcare providers, or other relevant proof.
- Review and Decision:
- A designated committee will review applications within 10 business days.
- Students will be notified of the decision via email.
- Debt Limitation:
- Approved students will have their outstanding debt reviewed and potentially reduced or waived.
- Assistance will be provided to facilitate re-enrollment when the student is ready to return.
Past-Due Debt Policy
Policy:
- Eligibility for Transcript or Diploma Release:
- Students may request the release of withheld transcripts or diplomas if they meet specific conditions:
- Serious financial hardship
- Verification of employment or job application
- Enrollment or transfer to another educational institution
- Application for financial aid or military enlistment
- Students may request the release of withheld transcripts or diplomas if they meet specific conditions:
- Application Process:
- Students must submit a past-due debt request form to info@codingtempl.ecom
- Required documentation may include proof of hardship, employment verification, or acceptance/enrollment in another institution.
- Review and Decision:
- A designated committee will review applications within 15 business days.
- Students will be notified of the decision via email.
- Debt Hold Points:
- Holds may be placed based on:
- Amount of debt exceeding a specified threshold
- Time frame for overdue payments
- Assignment of debt to a third-party collection agency
- Holds may be placed based on:
