The Tech Residency is open to individuals who graduate from one of our Career Pathways. After completing the course, students will start the Tech Residency portion of our program.

The Tech Residency is an 8-week program. Students must be able and willing to dedicate 15 – 20 hours per week working in a remote-first team. Students must also be available for a minimum of one team meeting each week.

Graduates of the Tech Residency have successfully transitioned into roles in software development, data science, and more. Many secure positions at leading tech companies, with support from our career services team.

Students who complete the Tech Residency secure technical jobs 62% faster than those who opt-out.
